Venezuela's oil exports tank 40 percent after US sanctions

Oil shipments from Venezuelan have reportedly dropped 40 percent in the first full month after the beginning of US sanctions on the country's state-run oil industry, according to Reuters. 

The drop in Venezuelan exports coupled with output reduction among OPEC+ could lead to supply squeeze in the near future.
